Also, adding to the firepower of event emcees, County Executive MaryEllen Odell and Sheriff Donald B. Smith, the PCBC announces Mike Bucci, CEO, Mahopac-Carmel Chamber of Commerce, will serve as Auctioneer, presiding over the evening’s exciting live auction.

“The Putnam County Business Council is a wonderful organization that works every day to make Putnam County more business friendly,” said Senator Greg Ball. “Last year, I was delighted to participate in the ‘40 Under 40’ Trailblazer Awards to congratulate Joe Bachmeier, my communications director, among other friends that were named Trailblazers! It is great to bring the community together in order to salute the efforts and contributions of Putnam County’s best and brightest.”

“I was a small business owner and Chamber of Commerce member before becoming a State Senator, and I am proud to take part in recognizing these honorees who play such an important role in moving our local economy forward and creating jobs,” said Senator Terry Gipson.

PCBC will host the 4th annual Trailblazer Awards, recognizing 35 business professionals for their outstanding success and contributions to Putnam County. Taking place at Mahopac’s Villa Barone Hilltop Manor on January 31st, tickets may be purchased online for $75 each at putnamchambersny.org. A Live Auction will be featured at the event to raise funds for cross-county Community Development Projects throughout 2014 and 2015.
